All Things Elderflower Workshop with Caroline Parker

Take part in this spring workshop at Duneira Estate in the Macedon Ranges!

Spring has sprung, and it’s time to head into the garden to encounter Elderflower in its full blooming glory.

Discover how to recognise Elderflower and its common lookalikes. We will delve into its traditional, medicinal, and culinary uses, and run through the process of harvesting, drying, and storing your Elderflower harvest.

We start with a guided garden tour of the magnificent Duneira Estate, looking for hidden treasures among the rhododendrons, azaleas, and garden beds full of spring bulbs and perennials. Then we will head into the kitchen to make the most delicious Elderflower treats, an Elderflower syrup ready for refreshing spring drinks and Elderflower Fritters, then finish up our Elderflower adventures with tea in the courtyard.

Head home with your own bottle of Elderflower syrup.
