Less than an hour from Melbourne, discover autumn-inspired food and drink adventures across nine charming regional villages. The 2026 Macedon Ranges Autumn Festival featured more than 70 events across 30 days, delivering food, fun, autumn colour, and the chance to choose your own adventure. Visitors to the Macedon Ranges followed Australia’s biggest, tastiest Pie & Tart Trail with 51 options to try, and the full of spirit Tipple Trail celebrating autumn’s signature drinks at 37 venues. There were lots of accommodation options available for those who wanted to stay a little longer.

The What’s On page featured enchanting autumn gardens, exclusive menus, weekend markets, mushroom foraging, gallery exhibitions, wellness experiences, guided walks, kids activities, and a special shout-out to Harvest, our new closing night event. Keep an eye out for announcements during early 2027 when a new list of pies, tarts, tipples, markets, workshops, and events will be announced!
