Start your tour with a visit to the elegant Lancefield Lodge, where you’ll be treated to their signature Macedon Martini. Made with local gin from Big Tree Distillery, MaiDENii vermouth from Castlemaine, and garnished with Macedon Ranges Olive’s Olives, this cocktail is the perfect way to kick off your tour in style.
