The kind of hearty, slow-cooked comfort food that feels both rustic and deeply satisfying. Our Beef & Guinness pie features slow-braised beef  simmered gently in Guinness stout until meltingly tender.

The stout adds a deep, malty richness with subtle notes of coffee and dark chocolate, giving the gravy a complex and rich depth.

Served alongside is creamy mashed potatoes. This dish is built on deeply savory, slightly sweet flavours from the stout, and is profoundly comforting. Best enjoyed slowly, perhaps with a pint of Guinness.
