With local produce and suppliers providing everything to the kitchen, the menu is always seasonal, with fresh bread from Kilmore every day. Bring your guests together to mingle, with an outdoor pool, tennis court and sand volley ball courts. During the cooler months, open fires make for a snug indoor atmosphere.
