Beautiful restored 1862 Homestead The Manse in Lancefield, the heart of Victoria, on the foot of Melbourne Hill surrounded by 2.5 acres of beautiful trees and natural gardens with views and sunsets.
The home is build of solid bricks with bluestone foundations.

The house has 5 stylish bedrooms, dining, sitting room, kitchen, hallway and large courtyard.
The interior features open fireplaces with original overmantels.
There are 2 bathrooms in the house, with 3 toilets. Also an additional spa bath room with garden views.
The house is self-contained and you’ll find the kitchen well equipped to cook a stay at home meal.
There is a large range oven, and also a microwave and second oven/grill,
very suitable to prepare meals for a large group.
You find breakfast provisions in the large fridge and cupboards, with tea and coffee facilities.

The home is ideal for small groups or two families, as the living area’s,
especially the large cosy sheltered courtyard, are perfect for spending time together.
The large outside courtyard is great for meditation/yoga or other health groups.

Visit the wineries, or take a short drive to the townships Kilmore, Kineton, Woodend.
