The Wine Collective is situated in the grounds of the Macedon Ranges Hotel and Spa. The Owners are passionate about Macedon Ranges wines and aim to provide an authentic experience for visitors to the Macedon Ranges. The architecturally designed building combines a restaurant with breathtaking panoramic views, a tasting space showcasing Macedon Ranges wines, a retail space with collection of items to browse and information about local wineries. We are situated in a natural bush setting with views across to Melbourne. Our balcony is the perfect place for that special photo and a glass of wine in the warmer months. Fireplaces await you in winter. Our seasonally changing menu showcases the best produce available. We aim to create a memorable experience through a partnership of wine, food and views.

The Wine Collective showcases over 38 Macedon Ranges Wineries and over 160 regional wines. Wine tastings are available daily and change every four weeks. Enjoy a glass or bottle of your favourite wine overlooking views of the region. The Wine Collective is the ideal place to catch up with friends over a glass of wine or enjoy a beautiful meal.
