Three spacious self-contained cabins are set away from the historic homestead and offer a fabulous secluded getaway experience.
Situated at 880 meters the property has sensational panoramic views to the skyline of Melbourne and Port Phillip Bay, The You Yangs and beyond.
Wake in the morning to the sound of kookaburras, magpies, honeyeaters, crimson rosellas, black cockatoos and the tiniest of finches heralding in the dawn.
Backing on to the Macedon Regional Park the property is a haven for wildlife including Wombat, Koala, Echidna, Wallaby and Kangaroo.
Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway, a well-earned rest or a more active weekend of walks and sightseeing, this is the place for you.
Each cabin has the following amenities:
Lounge/dining: Your lounge/dining has couches, dining table/ chairs, coffee table, side table, reading lamp, wood fire, reverse cycle air conditioning, television, dvd player, iPod dock.
Kitchen: Your kitchen has a gas cooktop, fridge, microwave, electric frypan, pots pans and all other cooking utensils. (Note: no oven.) (Supplies in your kitchen include: Coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, tea, sugar, salt/pepper, T.towel, dishwashing liquid and cleaning cloths.
Bedroom: Your bedroom is in an alcove off the main lounge area and has a king bed with luxurious soft doona, electric blanket, overhead reading lamps, side tables and wardrobe. All linen supplied.
Bathroom: Your bathroom is situated in a separate room off bedroom alcove and has a two-person spa bath, shower, vanity, toilet and heated towel rails. Shampoo, conditioner, spa gel, soap and towels are supplied.
Deck: Your deck has the best views in all of the Macedon Ranges. The cabins are situated at 880 meters and as such the view from your deck takes in a panoramic view of the Melbourne/Port Phillip skyline,the You Yangs and beyond .

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
We suggest you do your shopping prior to arrival.
Camera and binoculars.
In winter bring warm clothing (temperature is cooler in the mountains)
Strong walking shoes/boots, there are some great walks from the property.
Note: Property not recommended for those who need a walking aid.
Location: 60 minutes from Melbourne CBD via the Calder Freeway. 40 minutes from Tullamarine airport.
