Artisan cheese hand-crafted daily is available from our farm just 35 minutes from Melbourne.

Azzurri Cheese Farm is a sustainable micro dairy located in the Macedon Ranges, renowned for its stunning scenery and long history of farming, winemaking and crafted food production. Historically used as farmland, the property is now used for producing our fine quality farmhouse cheeses.

Our farm gate sells the following cheeses:

Hand-made Burrata

Creamy Stracciatella

Hand-made Scamorza: Plain, Smoked

Provoletta stuffed with: Chilli Olive or Blue Cheese or Sundried tomato pesto or Basil pesto

Caciotta: Plain, Smoked, Chilli, Peppercorns, Mix Fruit, Cranberries, Kalamata olives, Truffle
