Woodend Lions Art Show has been a calendar – event in the Macedon Ranges for 45 years. It showcases and presents for sale the work of artists from the Ranges and further afield in many and varied medium. Hundreds of works can be viewed for a gold coin donation at St Ambrose Hall Templeton St. on the Labour Day Weekend (March 7 8 & 9).
Monies raised from this event are the backbone of Woodend Lions support for many community groups and local school scholarships.
The show in recent years has flourished with many new generation painters, photographers and mixed media artists joining the assembly of established artists to provide a rich and varied offering.
Artists wanting to enter the show will find forms on the Woodend Lions website or contact the Woodend Lions on Facebook.
