Tools of the Trade – A Traditional Pork Pie Workshop.

Handcraft your own wooden utensils before learning the secrets behind award winning traditional pork pies in a hands on full day workshop!

9.30am - 4.30pm

An incredible opportunity to work with Master Craftsman Glen Rundell from Rundell & Rundell, in his workshop, to create your very own bespoke wooden ‘dolly’ and rolling pin.

You will then use your handcrafted tools in a Pork Pie workshop with Damian Sandercock chef/owner of Piper St Food Co.

Class Includes: 3 hour workshop with Glen Rundell, 3 hour workshop with Damian Sandercock, a shared lunch, take home wooden utensils, recipes and your own hand made pork pie in its tin.
