Preserves cooking class with Bespoke Preserves and Pantry
An opportunity to learn directly from the owner of Bespoke Preserves and Pantry via an exclusive workshop taking place at Lancefield Mechanics Institute in the Macedon Ranges.
We will run through preserving techniques, some non -traditional ways of creating products, whipping up cream, making butter, and more.
Preserves – we will start with making a basic lemon cordial, jam, marmalade, and curd. We will process using these Fowlers Vacola method and label.
We will use the preserves we make for tarts and scones to have with afternoon tea. So running through whipping cream, making butter, tart shells and scone making.
Attendees will receive a bag of goodies to take home including:
A jar of each preserve made.
A bottle of the cordial.
