Six course dinner with matched wines from the Macedon Ranges
This will be Mr Carsisi’s final Macedon Ranges Wine & Food Festival dinner as Mr Carsisi (exciting changes to come next year).
We are thrilled to partner some of our favourite local wineries, Lanes End, Hesket Estate, Mount Towrong and Hunter-Gatherer Vineyards to provide an exotic and memorable event for all.
The evening will commence with a leisurely tasting of sensational wines on the verandah, overlooking historic Piper Street and St Pauls Park. This will be followed by six courses, showcasing Mr Carsisi classics from our six years of serving the Middle Eastern cuisine we have become famous for and of course the produce of our amazing wineries.
