Experience your inner peace and calm. It is said that the basic path to mindfulness, or more deeply, heartfulness, is recognising that there’s a deeper experience than that of our chattering minds.

During Term 1, together we will explore and experience beneficial ways of Being that cultivate Heartfulness and Mindfulness, enriching your present moment and your life.

These are inspired from the 9 Attitudinal Foundations of Mindfulness created by Dr Jon Kabat-Zin. Each week, we will briefly explore a different foundational attitude, then go on to experience a Mindfulness Meditation immersion.

Topics will include: Gratitude, Trust, Beginner’s Mind, Non-judgement, Letting go and Generosity.

Great for beginners or experienced Meditators.
