For one night only, performing in the acoustic intimacy of the Newham Mechanics Institute.
Throughout March and April, English singer-songwriter Martha Tilston is taking her new album NOMAD on the road around Australia, kicking off the tour at the Port Fairy Folk Festival, going on to play shows around Melbourne and Sydney before finishing up at the National Folk Festival in Canberra.
With a beautiful crystal clear voice, Martha has earned a nomination from the BBC for best newcomer and released six highly acclaimed albums, building up a large audience worldwide. Her performances take you from stripped down folk arrangements to textural electronica and sparkling melodies, often stepping off stage to sing un-accompanied amongst the audience.
