Fungi Town Caravan at Kyneton Town Hall

Celebrating the amazing fungi lifeforms in the Macedon Ranges!
Join us for a fun and creative school holiday workshop with artist Kathy Holowko.

Kathy weaves environmental learnings into a fun and interactive workshop for children aged 5 and above.

A colourful caravan appears as a magical entry point to view a diorama of a forest floor with fungi as the main attraction.

During the workshop children are introduced to the fascinating life of fungi in our local forests. They learn about the way they grow and their role in ecology. We then make fungi sculptures out of paper, tape and oil pastel.
