Forces of Nature lunch – Macedon Ranges Autumn Festival

A collaboration between farmer, chef and winemaker and a celebration of autumnal produce.

Matt Donnelly and Jo Corrigan, from Forces of Nature Food Co (Mushrooms Anonymous), are two ex-professional chefs and restauranteurs turned foragers, producers and adventurers. As part of the 2023 Macedon Ranges Autumn Festival their beautiful produce will be cooked by chef, and friend of Lyons Will Lorena Corso.

Think pumpkins, pine mushrooms and quinces, trombocino, chestnuts and figs. Each of the four courses are designed to complement the wines of Lyons Will Estate. The perfect way to celebrate beautiful produce, autumn flavours and superb wines at Lyons Will cellar door amongst Lancefield’s stunning backcountry.

Tickets: $80 per person. Includes four courses. Wine by the glass or bottle can be purchased at cellar door, along with a selection of other drinks.
