Imagine yourself walking through the vines, glass in hand, towards your long lunch table, set under the trees surrounded by the vineyard, overlooking the Cobaw Ranges off in the distance. Just next to your table is the talented Bente Grysbaek.

Bente is an outstanding chef who has cooked for HRH Crown Prince Frederick of Denmark, HRH Princess Mary, and now you.

She has been cooking away all morning, preparing a delicious meal in her signature style – in the great outdoors, over fire, in her custom-made fire pit. It’s something else watching Bente do what she does best. It’s rustic, minimalistic and mesmerising. Cooking with fire is world’s away from the controlled environment and cooking times of a commercial kitchen, but that’s why you’re here – so from time to time, we’ll whisk you away for a wander through the vineyard and winery guided, to taste and immerse yourself in our award winning wines This relaxed, intimate and delicious will most certainly coax you back for more.
