Your cake will be provided and you will learn how to ganache and ice the cake under the instruction of Sharyn. Arnie will then show you how to create a floral spray of fresh flowers for your cake. Create your cake to take home and then enjoy High Tea together with a glass of bubbles to celebrate at Baringo Food and Wine. Cost includes your own 6 inch round decorated white chocolate mud cake, cake stand, spatular, scraper, flowers, florist scissors and high tea with bubbles.
