Come and join us during Budburst this year for a morning session on Cool Climate Wines. The Wine Collective is offering two sessions aimed at showcasing the qualities of Macedon Ranges Cool Climate wines. Dan Jones, a local wine distributor, will guide participants through a tasting of three unique Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs representative of the Macedon Ranges.
