Beautiful bowls with hump moulds

23 February 2019

9am - 5pm plus an optional glazing session 16/03/19

Join us for a fabulous 1-day workshop + an optional 3-hour glazing session with ceramicist Emma Jimson of Pom-me-granite Studios.

Pom-me-granite workshops are held in a working ceramics studio in an inspiring rural setting.

You’ll meet like minded souls and gain confidence through gentle guidance and experimentation.

Classes cater for absolute beginners through to professional potters seeking to incorporate plaster moulds into their ceramic practice.

Beautiful handmade ceramics are not something to be stored in the cupboard for special occasions – they can be used every day to bring pleasure and remind us of our connection to the earth.

make a set of 4 bowls using hump moulds
make your own plaster hump mould using 1 of 3 demonstrated techniques
glaze your bisque fired bowls – or Emma will glaze them for you (same cost)

your plaster hump mould
morning and afternoon tea
