Hidden inside Parkside Estate is our lovingly restored Clydesdale horse stables, a wooden barn built in the 1890’s with bluestone flooring and original timbers. With magical views out from the stables across the laneways and paddocks of Parkside, especially at sunset, it’s the perfect backdrop for our 2018 Festival Dinner.
Our style is distinctive, individual and a little surprising as we serve textured tasty food using the best ingredients. Add award winning wines from Parkside Winery Estate to the mix and you are looking at one of the Festival’s hottest tickets.
