Throughout April our tastings will focus on our Estate grown and made Pinot Noirs. This will complement our local produce platters and Chocolate Ganache Tart made especially for the Autumn Pie Trail.
Hesket Estate’s Pinot Noir is hand picked, wild fermented and matured in French oak. It is made to reflect the terroir, climate and season of the vintage that we live in the beautiful Macedon Ranges.
