This tranquil house built in 1860 with a huge garden welcomes you. The large kitchen is cosy to have breakfast in winter by the fire and relaxing in the summer months.  Tables and umbrellas are available outside to have a tea, coffee or drink overlooking the lush Kitchen Garden.  An open fire in the lounge with TV welcomes you and the house has gas-ducted central heating. There are 2 bedrooms available for use by guests, one a double and the other with twin beds, each with own private bathroom .

You are only 5 minutes from the main street, train station and local village with an abundance of cafes and restaurants plus interesting retail shops.

There is no minimum stay for Public Holiday Weekends and Hanging Rock Concerts. Pick up from the station is available and transport to the Woodend Bus to take you to the Concerts and late pick up from the Woodend Bus is available.
