This series is the result of a commercial photography collaboration between chef Kathryn Russack and photographer Alina Golovachenko. Alina has created a fine art photographic collection that serves a promotional and archival brief for Colenso.
Together they have captured the ‘visually sensual’ nature of the work, the play and the characters, which is mostly lost or left unsaid in presentations of kitchens and restaurants.
