The Charcuterie Series has been designed to give an in depth look at each element.

These classes will not only explore the history and tradition of these dishes but also different regional ways of serving them and traditional accompaniments.

These are hands on classes with a delicious shared lunch plus lots of take home goodies and your very own Piper St Food Co butcher’s apron.
