Tel: (03) 5429 1157 Mark and Gina Morgan's boutique vineyard and cellar is set on the southern slopes of the Great Divide with splendid views of Mount Macedon and Cobaw Ranges at their back door. Their cellar door offers a selection of gourmet platters, pies, and ‘specials’ of the day. MorganField produces award winning, distinctive cool climate Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. Early plantings of some of these vines were made between 1980 and 1982. Pinot Gris was planted in 2005 and "The Sparkling" block will be ready for production in 2009. Sparkling Cabernet Sauvignon will be available to the public in 18 months time. |
